Live a healthy life. Recommended. This book is a fabulous one. I am a beginner to meditation this book is very straight forward and easy to understand.It gives you yoga poses for each chakra so you can learn how to open each one. The meditation is very easy to follow the hardest part is learning how to quite your own mind.I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in learning all about chakras and how to bring balance and keep balance within yourself.
